Cancellation
The cancellation request will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order only. To place a cancellation request please Write to us at sparklingsphere4u@gmail.com. 100% of the amount will be refunded within 7-8 working days.
Return
To return the product bought by you, please write to us on sparklingsphere4u@gmail.com with a valid reason. The decision of taking the product back strictly depends on our decision made based on your reason to return the product. Once the return is accepted by us, we will initiate the return within 4-5 days.
Damaged products will not be returned.
Refund
The refund amount will be processed and credited with in 7-8 working days to customers account, after the products are received at our end.
Exchange
To exchange the product bought by you, please write to us on sparklingsphere4u@gmail.com. Exchanges will be done only if you receive a different design compared to the product which you ordered. If you have ordered the same product as you received, exchanges won’t be entertained. Used products will not be exchanged. All the shipping charges to send the order back to us will be yours. Finally, the charges to send the exchanged product to you will be ours for the first time. If the product is exchange more than one time all the charges of shipping will be after the first exchange will be borne by you. Once the exchange is approved by "Sparkling Sphere", we will exchange the product within 4-5 days.
